We're hiring a Community and Professional Development Manager that will help bring together our core user base of K-12 Athletic Directors, connecting them with like-minded members looking to share their success and challenges, who also have a passion for scaling their own personal development.
This is an amazing opportunity to own the growth and overall engagement of our members. Implementing creative community building techniques in order to foster a thriving online community of k-12 athletic directors.
What You'll Accomplish:

Run the day to day operations of the Gipper's community, FieldHouse.

Organize engagement activities that include online events and bi-weekly professional development workshops, webinars and online courses

Work directly with the FieldHouse founders. A group of super-users within the Gipper community. Implementing incentives program to nurture and reward them

Help build out workflows and processes for the healthy functioning of the community; identify ways to streamline existing processes and make those processes more efficient

Scale our community growth from initial beta phase, leveraging our existing Gipper user base and the network of our community founding members.

Work cross-functionally with customer champions, sales and product to develop impactful community tactics

Develop and scale "Gipper Learn" a professional development function to our community, focused around creating a library of online courses.
Experience We Are Looking For
-
1-3 years of experience moderating, managing and scaling successful online communities; previous experience as a community moderator is a plus.

Deeply passionate about community building and an active member of an online community
-
Track record of getting down in the trenches with the community, moderating forums and building deep relationships with members
-
An understanding of how to nurture passionate super users within a community and empower them to moderate and keep conversations going
-
A background in high school or college athletic departments, working directly with athletic directors or coaches is a plus

Gipper is in search of a Customer Champion to help further delight our customers, build a community of fanatic brand advocates, and drive account growth via referrals and other channels.
At Gipper, the Customer Champion will work with various team members, from Sales to Senior Management, to create and leverage a world-class customer experience. The Customer Champion will create value by increasing customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, etc.) to help broaden the top of our funnel.

What You'll Accomplish:

Building rapport with customers to increase referrals, renewals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Identifying key customers that can act as a marketing channel through referrals, case studies, speaking opportunities, webinar panelists, etc.

Leading and managing customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, webinars, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns

Connecting with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle

Composing and sending customer emails
-
Managing a library of up-to-date customer success stories
-
Managing annual/biannual/quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organization

Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms

Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts

Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
