From murals at stadiums to Wallpaper Wednesdays on Twitter, Colin’s attention to detail is unparalleled. He has instilled a sense of pride, excitement, and cohesiveness in the community. Green Level Athletics’ goals are simple yet ambitious - build a brand that their students can grab onto and be proud of. “Green Level is only in its third year existing as a school. So for us, it was vital to build a brand that was distinct, welcoming, and representative of our community. From day one, we established ourselves as one of the premier high schools in our area, and brand was a huge part of that.” While Colin was curating logos, mascots, mission statements, and content strategies, the focus remained on the students. “Ultimately, my biggest goal is to ensure our students’ athletic experience is special.”

Colin understood the importance of social media and sharing Green Level’s story online but did not have a tool that could help him put his ideas into action. “Even though I was on the forefront of some of the newer trends in social media, I had no real strategy. It was erratic - there was no rhyme or reason for the things I was doing and sharing on social media. I was getting some engagement, but nothing was clear and concise.”

Working with Gipper has helped us achieve my goal of college-level brand awareness.” Between Athlete of the Week Awards, GameDays, Daily and Weekly Schedules, Final Scores, and Signing Days, Colin has created a world-class brand that transcends social media. “I am using Gipper in ways that I didn’t anticipate - we have display monitors all around the school and have used Gipper templates to brand those.”
