Nominations are open for the Class of 2025!
How nominations work
Whether you’re an Athletic Director or someone who sees their impact, you can submit a nomination. Coaches, staff, student-athletes, families, community members — and ADs themselves — are all invited to share a story.
When you start a nomination, our panel will look at things like:
Impact on student-athletes, coaches, and staff
Equity across all sports, not just the big ones
Culture & Community they help build
Leadership & Innovation that goes above and beyond
Two inductees will receive

A Caribbean getaway for two — courtesy of Gipper
Round-trip flights and a 3-night stay at a stunning, all-inclusive Caribbean resort for you and a plus one.
Four days to rest, recharge, and celebrate everything you’ve built — with no buses to schedule, no games to oversee, and no alarms to set. Just sunshine, ocean breeze, and recognition well-earned.

Official induction into the Gipper Hall of Fame
Each winner will be recognized online and celebrated live at NADC 2025 — the largest gathering of Athletic Directors in the country.
This is your moment of nationwide recognition — a chance for your story to be shared, your impact remembered, and your legacy cemented among the leaders shaping the future of high school athletics.
Why a trip? Because ADs are overworked, under-appreciated, and rarely get to unplug. They give up evenings, weekends, and holidays so everyone else can compete, cheer, and belong. They juggle bus schedules, rainouts, and last-minute changes — and still show up with pride. This trip is our way of saying thank you.
Inductees will be announced live at Gipper’s Hall of Fame Party during NADC 2025 in Tampa, and celebrated with the broader AD community.

Gipper Hall of Fame Mission
Athletic Directors give everything to their schools. Early mornings, late nights, and hundreds of quiet responsibility nobody ever sees.
The Gipper Hall of Fame is our way of recognizing that unseen work and celebrating the ADs who change lives far beyond the scoreboard. Over the next few weeks, we're shining a spotlight on high school ADs across the country and will select two inductees for the Class of 2025 who will receive a 3-night Caribbean trip for two!
A panel from the Gipper team will review every nomination, looking at impact, equity, culture, and leadership — we're honoring heard-first and purpose-driven leaders, not just the biggest or loudest programs.
